Does EzFly search real airline inventory?+
Yes. We pull live offers and seat availability from 100+ airlines through Duffel — the same source used by major travel sites. The price you see is the price the airline will charge.
Are tickets issued instantly?+
For most fares, yes. After payment, we issue the ticket with the airline within seconds and email you a confirmation with a real PNR. You can check in directly with the airline.
Can I cancel a flight or hotel I booked?+
Yes. From your Trips page, tap a booking and choose Cancel. Refund eligibility depends on the airline or property’s rules — refundable fares are refunded automatically; non-refundable ones may issue credit or nothing, per the supplier’s policy.
How does EzFly save me time?+

Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI Level 1). We never see or store your full card number — only the last four digits for your receipt.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. EzFly earns a commission from airlines and properties, the same way any travel agent does — never an extra fee charged to you.
