What we collect

  • Account details: email address, name, phone number, and traveler profile you save for repeat bookings.
  • Booking details: passenger and guest information, travel dates, origin/destination, and itinerary data needed to fulfill the booking.
  • Payment: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only the last 4 digits and brand for receipts.
  • Usage data: standard server logs (IP, timestamp, page path) for security and debugging. Retained no longer than 30 days.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the booking service: search live inventory, complete reservations with airlines and properties, send confirmation emails, and let you view and cancel trips. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share with

  • Travel suppliers (via Duffel): the passenger or guest details needed to issue the ticket or reservation.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, sign-in codes).
  • Law enforcement: only when legally required.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@ezfly.ai. Deletion may be delayed for bookings still within their cancellation window or where retention is legally required.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies are used at this time.

Children

EzFly is not intended for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. Bookings for minor travelers must be made by an adult account holder.
