1. About EzFly

EzFly is a consumer travel booking service operated by TravExAI. We help you search and book flights and accommodations through licensed travel suppliers, including airlines and hotels accessed via the Duffel platform.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including bookings made and travelers listed. Keep your sign-in email secure.

3. Bookings and payment

Prices, availability, and fare rules are set by the underlying airline or property. Once you complete checkout, your card is charged immediately and the booking is submitted to the supplier. Most fares are non-refundable; cancellation rules are displayed before purchase and follow the supplier's terms.

4. Changes and cancellations

You can request a cancellation from your trip page. Refund eligibility depends on the supplier's policy. We pass through whatever refund the airline or property approves; EzFly does not add cancellation fees of its own at this time.

5. Travel documents and eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any other documents required for travel. EzFly does not verify these on your behalf.

6. Liability

EzFly acts as an intermediary between you and the travel supplier. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or service failures caused by the airline, property, or other third parties. Where required by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
